
What started in a great-grandmother's kitchen has grown into a small-batch bakery rooted in the same belief: food should be good, and good for you.Each week we offer a rotating menu of fresh sourdough breads, focaccias, cookies, pastries, and seasonal treats, all made from scratch, by hand here in Central Alberta. We use high-quality ingredients, organic whenever available and locally sourced whenever possible. Our organic wheat is grown and milled locally, because good baking starts with what goes into it.Healthy eating doesn't have to mean giving up the things you love, it just means knowing what's in them. Every recipe is built around real ingredients and made with care, so you can feel good about what's on your table.
